Dermal Fillers Treatments in KL, Malaysia
What is Dermal Fillers?
Dermal Filler in Malaysia can be used to shape and lift your skin once it starts to lose the collagen that keeps it firm and plump. It is a filling material that has been extensively studied for its safety profile. With ageing, many parts of our faces go through regression and the support of the face tissue becomes less and less each year. This results in sagging and deep furrows on our face. It is akin to a new rubber band that loses its elasticity with time.
Dermal fillers are used to create volume effect to the face and body to correct those regression and create lifting and rejuvenating effect. They can be used to enhance and augment features of the face or body. The most widely used fillers are temporary fillers that can last up to 18 months. Temporary fillers are made of Hyaluronic Acid. It is the ground unit of the natural collagen found in our own body. The other available fillers are permanent and semi-permanent fillers. Normally these semi permanent fillers are for those patients who are looking for some complexion improvement in addition to filling up effect.
There are significant volume lost with ageing, especially the deep areas of the cheek, forehead, temples as well as areas beneath the eyes. These volume lost creates hollowness resulting ‘skeleton look’ on our face as well as reducing the support to our facial skin, creating a sagging face. By correcting them, one’s look gets rejuvenated and lifted. Instantly, reversing the signs of ageing. Common areas dermal fillers are being injected to reverse signs of ageing are nasolabial folds, cheeks, marionette lines, temple, foreheads.
For younger patients that do not have much sagging, it is also widely used to augment features such as nose, chin, upper lid, breast and buttocks. In the market, it is widely known as non-surgical nose job, non-surgical rhinoplasty, liquid rhinoplasty, non-surgical chin augmentation.
